The house is designed primarily for private stays and intimate gatherings. For celebrations or special occasions, guests are invited to enquire directly to discuss suitability and terms.

Hens, stags, large group events and weddings are not possible at Hanks.

Yes, secure private parking is available on site for up to eight vehicles. We also have a charging port for electrical car users.

To ensure everything is beautifully prepared for your arrival and for those staying after you, we do have set check-in and check-out times. We’ll always do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

The house is well equipped with a state of the art Wolfe Range cooker, coffee machine, two dishwashers, microwave, hot tap, kettle, toaster, blender, wine & drinks fridges, american style fridge freezer, ice machine, washing machine & dryer, all cookware, serveware, utensils and tableware.

Hanks House is equipped with a range of standout features designed for both relaxation and entertainment. These include built-in Sonos speakers, WiFi throughout, and TVs in every bedroom with full SKY access, including sports. Guests can also enjoy a Big Green Egg BBQ, pizza oven, ping-pong table, family board games, a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, massage room and ice bath. For socialising, the house offers both indoor and outdoor bars, as well as a private cinema room.

16. Do you allow pets?

Accepted Answer

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs with prior consent. A fee of £100 per dog applies. Dogs must be kept downstairs at all times and are not permitted in the bedrooms & cinema room. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in an additional cleaning fee.
